It sits in the south of the region, in the Maremma, ten minutes from the thermal waters of Saturnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the same land there are three apartments and two glamping Eco-Suites. This guide explains what that means for your stay, what it costs, and who it suits. In Italy the word has a legal meaning: hospitality has to sit alongside real agricultural land, not replace it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s the difference from a country hotel dressed in terracotta. The pace comes from the land around you, and the people who greet you are the people who live there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here those people are Giulia and Luca. We added a second one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>three apartments<\/strong> have a full kitchen and their own space. They suit longer stays, families and anyone who likes cooking on holiday. <a href=\"https:\/\/saturniaglamping.it\/en\/the-apartments\/\">See the apartments<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>two glamping Eco-Suites<\/strong> are built for shorter stays, mostly couples. Breakfast arrives in a wicker basket on your veranda. Some places offer all three. We&#8217;d rather be precise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have <strong>six rows of vines<\/strong>, about thirty metres each. We don&#8217;t make wine. The grapes become a few jars of jam for the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are olive trees around the Eco-Suites and aromatic herbs in the garden, with rosemary growing everywhere. They&#8217;re the landscape you wake up to, not a product we sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We serve breakfast only, and only in the glamping. There&#8217;s no lunch, no dinner and no cooking class. For dinner, we send guests to another agriturismo five kilometres away, or to the small osterie of Montemerano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a Tuscan farm stay for you means eating what the farm grows every evening, we&#8217;re probably not your place. The sky here sits around 3 to 4 on the Bortle scale, the measure astronomers use for light pollution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The noise level at night stays around 25 to 35 decibels. A city bedroom is usually 50 or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stars are best from the hot tub or the veranda. The private hot tub is an extra \u20ac40 a night, or it comes included in the Total Relax rate, from \u20ac240. A third guest adds \u20ac25 a night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apartments cost less per night and have no breakfast, because they have a kitchen. The price depends on the dates and on how many of you there are, so ask us and we&#8217;ll tell you exactly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Massages with Elenia, our therapist, are booked at least a day ahead and only for guests staying with us. The Eco-Suites can take a family with children too; we look at ages and numbers together before you book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travelling with a dog or a cat? The Bilocale apartment welcomes animals. The Eco-Suites don&#8217;t: they&#8217;re built in wood and PVC, and those materials can&#8217;t take the kind of cleaning that would be needed afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re open from spring to the beginning of autumn. The Cascate del Mulino, <a href=\"https:\/\/saturniaglamping.it\/en\/saturnia-hot-springs-guide\/\">the free natural pools below the village<\/a>, are open day and night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the hour you reach <a href=\"https:\/\/saturniaglamping.it\/en\/surroundings\/tuff-towns\/\">Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano<\/a>, the towns carved out of volcanic tuff. If you only have time for one, make it Pitigliano: the whole town seems to grow out of the cliff it stands on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coast of the Argentario and the Maremma nature park are also within a drive. The rest of the day can stay empty.
