The name “Seme di Carota” (Carrot Seed) draws inspiration from the children’s book of the same name, penned by Ruth Krauss and published in 1945. The narrative it shares resonates with that of Luca and Giulia, a couple with numerous ventures. Much like the tale in the book, they planted a small seed in soil that, over the years, proved occasionally challenging to cultivate. Through care, perseverance, and dedication, they never gave up, patiently awaiting the germination of that seed.

Today, Seme di Carota embodies the story of a family, symbolized iconically by the logo, encapsulating everything in a poetic stroke. Two children, hand in hand, dream of hanging from the moon, envisioning that the newly sprouted seed, if nurtured and watered, will eventually grow into the carrot they’ve long imagined harvesting.

Seme di Carota represents the evolution of I Sicomori Appartamenti, a small agriturismo comprising two villas. These villas offer guests an opportunity for a rural retreat, dedicated to nature’s tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, close to the Saturnia waterfalls and spa. It’s a perfect alternative for a family holiday, relishing the charm of the Tuscan landscape.

Seme di Carota signifies the choice to enhance its hospitality offering with glamping, an innovative camping concept that provides the joy of feeling free in nature without compromising on the luxury of every comfort.
